These terms govern every order placed with ONSRA GmbH ("we", "us") through this online shop. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who you are contracting with

2. How a contract is formed

The display of products in this shop is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. You make a binding offer when you complete checkout. The order confirmation we send immediately afterwards acknowledges receipt only.

The contract comes into effect when we send you a dispatch confirmation, or when we hand the goods over for delivery, whichever happens first. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you promptly and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you confirm.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties and taxes may apply on arrival. Where these are not collected at checkout they are payable by you. See our Shipping section.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you complete checkout.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, through the methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

If a payment is reversed or fails after dispatch, we may recover the goods or the amount due.

5. Delivery

We ship worldwide from Switzerland. Delivery times given anywhere in this shop are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude time held in customs.

Orders are normally sent as untracked letter mail. The risk of loss or damage in transit remains with us until the goods reach you.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend our own return window to 30 days for everyone. See the Right of Withdrawal and Returns sections for how to exercise this.

8. Warranty and defects

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from purchase. Your statutory rights under Art. 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, and under EU law where it applies to you, are unaffected. See our Warranty section.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In all other cases our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract, and in any event to the value of the order concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual property

All content in this shop, including product designs, renders, photographs, 3D models and text, belongs to ONSRA GmbH. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written consent.

11. Use of the shop

You agree not to use this shop for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to place orders under a false identity. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, refunding any payment already taken.

12. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Hildisrieden, Switzerland.

Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

14. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We warrant every KeyRizzer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.

What is covered

• The bearing - seizing, grinding, excessive play, or failure to spin freely in normal use.
• The body - cracking, splitting or delamination that is not the result of impact or misuse.
• The retaining lip - if the bearing works loose from its seat during normal carry.
• Finish defects present on arrival.

What is not covered

• Normal cosmetic wear - scuffs, scratches and finish dulling from being carried in a pocket with keys.
• Damage from impact, crushing, or deliberate force beyond normal use.
• Damage from solvents, fuels, or prolonged exposure to heat - for example being left on a car dashboard in direct sun.
• Bearings contaminated by sand, grit or liquid, or that have been lubricated with an unsuitable product.
• Products that have been modified, re-drilled, sanded or repainted.
• Products not purchased from us or from an authorised reseller.

How to make a claim

1. Email keyrizzerkeychain@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo or short video showing it.
2. We will respond within two working days. In most cases the photo is enough and you will not need to send the product back.
3. If the claim is valid we will replace the product free of charge, or refund it if a replacement is unavailable.

Statutory rights

This warranty is given in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights. Consumers in the European Union have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery under EU law. Consumers in Switzerland have rights under Art. 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Nothing in this warranty limits those rights.

Limitation of liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the product. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the product - including, for the avoidance of doubt, loss of keys.

We want you to be happy with your KeyRizzer. If you are not, you can send it back.

Your right to return

You may return any unused KeyRizzer within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No explanation is required.

Customers in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of at least 14 days from the day the goods are received. Our 30-day window is offered in addition to, and does not limit, that right.

Condition

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the condition you received it. Because a KeyRizzer is carried on a keyring, a product that has been put into daily use cannot be returned as unused - but see the warranty below if something has gone wrong with it.

How to start a return

1. Email keyrizzerkeychain@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions within two working days.
3. Send the product back. Please keep your proof of postage.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us - returns received without notice can take considerably longer to process.

Return shipping costs

You pay the cost of returning the product to us, unless the return is because the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered - in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show the credit.

Original shipping charges are refunded when the entire order is returned within the statutory withdrawal period. Where only part of an order is returned, shipping is not refunded.

Faulty or damaged items

If your KeyRizzer arrives damaged, or a defect appears in normal use, contact us at keyrizzerkeychain@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph. We will repair, replace or refund it - see our Warranty for what is covered.

Customs duties on returns

We ship from Switzerland. If you are returning an item from outside Switzerland, please mark the parcel clearly as a returned good and include the original order number on the customs declaration. Parcels sent without this can be charged import duty on arrival, and we cannot refund charges caused by an incorrect declaration.

We ship worldwide from Switzerland.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or Swiss public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

How we ship

A KeyRizzer is small and light, so we send it as standard letter mail with Swiss Post rather than as a parcel. This keeps shipping cheap, and it means your order fits through a normal letterbox with no need for you to be home or to collect it.

Letter mail is not tracked. There is no tracking number and no tracking link, so we cannot tell you where your order is once it has left us. What we can do is put it right if it does not arrive - see below.

Delivery times and rates

Delivery estimates are from the day of dispatch, not the day of ordering, and exclude time held in customs. Because letter mail is not tracked, these are estimates rather than guarantees.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Switzerland is outside the European Union customs union. This matters for every order leaving the country, including letter mail, which still carries a customs declaration.

Depending on where duties are settled at checkout, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT or handling fees charged by your local authority on arrival. Where we collect these at checkout, the price you pay is final and nothing further is due on delivery. Where we do not, any charges are payable by you and are not included in the price.

We declare every shipment accurately, at the price paid, as required by law. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value, and we cannot refund import charges.

If an item is refused on delivery because of unpaid import charges and is returned to us, we will refund the product price less our outbound shipping and any return costs charged to us.

Tracking

Orders sent as letter mail have no tracking. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, but it will not contain a tracking link, because none exists for this service.

If you would prefer a tracked, insured shipment, email us at keyrizzerkeychain@gmail.com before ordering and we will quote you for it.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. Items returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-sent once the reshipping cost is paid. Letter mail with an undeliverable address is not always returned, so please double-check it.

If your order does not arrive

Letter mail is reliable but not perfect, and without tracking neither of us can look up where a missing item went. We do not expect you to take the loss for that.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us at keyrizzerkeychain@gmail.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, at your choice. The same applies if it arrives damaged - a photo is all we need.

Until your order reaches you, the risk of loss in transit is ours, not yours.
